Kikkoman, the world's largest producer of soy sauce, aims to promote the international exchange of food culture while establishing its base in a fast-growing, taste-conscious India. Together, we helped Kikkoman establish its digital footprint among India's young consumers with a digital-first content strategy & execution. While setting up their company website, social media channels & eCommerce storefronts, we helped them research & understand the preferences, needs & behaviors of their target audience; created content that resonates with them & aligns with their interests; and executed a content calendar outlining topics, formats & posting schedules ensuring consistency & relevancy across all platforms. At the same time, we caught viral trends they could hop on, designed eye-catching visuals & wrote compelling copy that matched their brand voice & engaged their audience. Finally, we analyzed the performance & used its insights to refine their content strategy & chart a future course of action.
As a result, we increased their followers to more than 10K in under a year & generated 800+ high-quality leads from top Asian restaurants that formed a healthy pipeline of B2B customers for the company.
