Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly through the Strategic Clarity Assessment or other enquiry forms: name, role, work email, company, and the context you choose to share. We also collect standard technical information such as pages visited and referring source.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess fit for an advisory engagement, and maintain a record of correspondence. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Confidentiality of engagement material
Information shared in the course of an advisory engagement is treated as confidential. Client identities, engagement details, and performance figures are not published without written permission, and published case studies are anonymised.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to maintain the professional relationship, and are deleted on request where no legal or contractual obligation requires retention.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Requests can be made through the contact route published on this site.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Where required, consent is requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
